LinguaLink Online has two website forms:

• Contact
• For Companies

Both forms collect:

• first name
• last name
• email address
• your message

The Contact form also asks you to choose the type of enquiry.

The For Companies form may also collect your company name. This field is optional.

2.Information Collected With Form Submissions

When you submit one of our forms, the website also records:

• your IP address
• your browser user agent
• the date and time of the submission

This information is stored with your form submission in the WordPress database.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to read and respond to your enquiry.

Form submissions are:

• stored in the LinguaLink Online WordPress database using the Form Vibes plugin
• emailed to info@lingualinkonline.com

Only two LinguaLink Online site administrators have access to stored form submissions.

4.How Long Form Information Is Stored

There is currently no automatic deletion period for form submissions.

This means submitted information remains stored in the WordPress database unless it is removed manually.

5.Form Security

Both LinguaLink Online forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3.

reCAPTCHA helps protect the forms from spam and automated submissions.

Google reCAPTCHA loads only on:

• the Contact page
• the For Companies form page

Google may process information needed to provide this security service and sets Google cookies on these form pages.

No other third party receives form data from the website.

6.Payments

LinguaLink Online does not process payments through this website.

Payment is arranged directly with you using an off-site payment method.

The LinguaLink Online website does not collect or store payment card details.

7.Analytics, Advertising and Marketing

LinguaLink Online does not currently use:

• website analytics
• advertising pixels
• conversion tracking
• email marketing integrations

We do not use the website to track visitors for advertising or marketing purposes.

8.Website Security

LinguaLink Online uses Wordfence to help protect the website.

Wordfence may use security cookies when someone attempts to log in to the website.

These cookies are used for website security and are not used for advertising or marketing.
